Outstation delivery very unprofessional

I had booked it for Mysore and paid extra for 2-4 days delivery.
But this was delivered 2 days late. Much embarrassment as we asked after 4 days if they have received it or not…there was no update on the delivery status, only when you call or message, she will say ‘I will let you know’….very unprofessional way of communicating and updating the customers…tracking is not there in the website, no timely update if it is getting delayed,,,,overall bad experience
For local delivery, experience wad very good and it reached on time in good condition.
