Shipping Policy

Shipping within India (Covid 19 info): We’re excited to announce that we’ve resumed shipping across India in red, orange, and green zones as per Government of India Guidelines. Our shipments will continue to be allowed into containment zones as per state government regulations.

International Shipping: We are currently shipping to all countries.

Shipping Terms

We use a third party vendors to deliver our orders. Your orders are hand packed and shipped with a shipping label. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you will receive a mail with tracking details. You can always track your order using your order number.

Shipping Timelines

We try to send shipments out as soon as possible cause we know what it's like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, it takes:

1-2 days for order fulfillment

5-7 days for order delivery

We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier than the 5-7 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. Sometimes the delivery will take longer due to remote places or unforeseen circumstances like bad weather etc, but we will follow up if such a delay takes place.

Shipping of Products

All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse in Bangalore, India. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified at checkout.

UnAvailability On Delivery

Our delivery partners will contact the recipient two times before they decide to return your order. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and mobile number. This will help us arrange a faster delivery.
