Client: Stonex
Objective: To curate a luxury hamper for Stonex’s high-value clientele. The hamper must exude luxury in the products that are included, they must also be products that can be used every day and something that can be kept at home.
From the client: “Over the years, we have had many customers out of which some have become our long-standing, loyal, and high-value customers. It has been a great pleasure to work with them and to celebrate and thank them, we would like to give them a token of appreciation. We must keep in mind that these as some HNI customers, so we must include premium products in the hamper.”
Approach: For this hamper, we wanted to include high-end products, keeping in mind the receivers and their value for Stonex. The idea was to create a hamper that screamed luxury on the first look, while also looking elegant and classy. The aim was to increase customer engagement for Stonex and build a lasting relationship with them. We had explored multiple customer gifting ideas before we finalized the hamper.
The final gift box included a Google Next Mini as most of their customers were very tech-savvy and geeked out on new technology. The next product was a bottle of perfume from Burberry, a fine fragrance that left a mighty impression. The last two items in the hamper were on a sweeter note – a box of chocolates from Smoor and a hand-poured, all-natural soy wax candle.
The idea was to include products in the hamper that left a lasting impression on the clients so that it builds an unforgettable and long-lasting relationship with them.
Conclusion: The client feedback on the hampers was exceptional, Stonex was thrilled with the customer engagement and was happy about the corporate gifting ideas shared by the BoxUp team. The hamper helped strengthen the relationship between Stonex and its clients and increased their engagement.
