Objective: MDI wanted to curate a festive hamper for their employees. The hamper must
- Have a diya or candle
- Include some chocolates
- Include a reusable bottle or sipper
Approach: The team from MDI had an idea of what they wanted to give their employees for Diwali, but wanted to explore ideas for Diwali gift options with BoxUp Luxury Gifting to see what suited their needs the best. From our range of candles, light holders, diyas, sippers, bottles, and edibles, MDI could choose products that best suited their requirements for Diwali gifting.
The final Diwali gift hamper was a simple and elegant hamper that worked perfectly for the requirements that the MDI team had. The hamper contained a metal tea light holder in the shape of a lotus that was not overly traditional and had a contemporary look to it. Next in the hamper was a reusable sipper made from bamboo fibers with a silicon lid and sleeve designed for convenient use. The hamper also had a jute bag full of potpourri and a box of decadent assorted chocolates.
The hamper was curated in BoxUp Luxury Gifting’s signature green box and was completed with a custom-designed card and message. The hamper was simple, and elegant and suited the needs of MDI perfectly.

Conclusion: This hamper was easy to curate as the team from MDI had a vision of how they wanted the hamper to look. They were clear on including the diya/ candle holder and selected one that was contemporary and stylish, something that could be easily styled any time of the year in one’s house. The bamboo sipper was another excellent choice as it’s easy, convenient, and user-friendly. The addition of the custom Diwali card made this the perfect employee gift for Diwali.
