Client: Maa Homes is a real estate company that takes pride in their transparency and “360-degree customer service”.
Objective: To curate a hand-over hamper for Maa Home’s latest project named “Pleasure Spaces Nirvana”, an up-and-coming project of fine homes. The hamper must
- Contain items for a new home that’s functional
- Be curated in an open manner, preferably in a basket.
- Have a small plant or planter
Approach: Maa Homes wanted the new homeowners from the project to feel the idea and theme behind this project and wanted a hamper that helped them relax into a state of “Nirvana” with a few items that would be useful in a new home. Maa Homes also wanted the hamper to be curated in a basket or open form to spruce it up and it worked well together with the other finalized items.
The final gift hamper was a set of carefully selected items that were sure to leave an impression on the receivers. In the hamper was a set of wooden coasters in the shape of a house, a jar of munchie from “The Better Munch”, a jar of choco-hazelnut chocolate bark, a hand-poured candle with flower detail on the inside, a plant-able seed paper calendar and a faux plant in a planter.
The selection of the items was personal and went well with the theme of the hamper and the project that was going to be launched. The products were all carefully assembled in a large leather basket that gave a very luxurious feel to the hamper. The small details like the plant-able seed calendar were a nice addition to the hamper.

Conclusion: The hamper in the end turned out to be an amalgamation of various products that really match the theme of the homes as explained by the team from Maa Homes. The hamper has a little bit of everything and comes together in a cozy basket that can be reused by the homeowners. The hamper is a curation that is perfect for new homeowners. The hamper was a twist to the traditional Real Estate Gifting.
