Client: NongHyup Bank is a Korean bank that is making its way in India
Objective: To curate a hamper for a launch event for a foreign bank. The hampers will be given to foreign dignitaries and executives. The hamper must
- Give a traditional Indian aura
- Be in a custom box
Approach: When this Korean-based bank approached us for a hamper to mark the launch of their branches in India, they had one intention – they were looking for corporate gifting ideas to give their dignitaries a hamper that spoke volumes about the Indian culture and taste. We decided to go for a traditional coffee set with a brass filter and a lamp that is a true symbol of Indian culture.
The final hamper included a traditional brass two-piece coffee filter, a set of brass coffee cups a traditional “bowl” style saucer, and a traditional brass lamp or “vilakku”. The final item in the hamper was a jar of premium filter coffee powder to brew that cup of perfect coffee.
The final gift hamper was assembled in a custom box with the bank logo on the top of the box and a custom card on the inside. The theme was predominantly Indian, with the material and items giving a very traditional feel to the whole hamper.
From The Client: “On the launch of our branches in India, we wanted to give our dignitaries and visiting executives a taste of Indian flavors with keepsakes that are synonyms with the traditions here. We were thrilled about the hamper we curated with team BoxUp Luxury Gifting as it was an array of traditional Indian products that gives a rich Indian experience.”
Conclusion: The hamper was curated to match the needs of the event that was held. They were looking for Business Gifts that were traditional. It was for a foreign bank, and they required a traditional hamper to mark the launch of their new branches in India. It was a carefully curated Brass hamper that gave the user a traditional mood every time they used it.
